At I really don't know what file to choose in order to have a bootdisk that gives me acess to the USB CD Reader that I've. Could you help me?

You should make a windows xp boot disc for that, it will make about 6 floppys.

Had Stint with this sometime ago only I needed to ghost to a usb HDD....the link that will lead you in the right direction
its a matter of looking for the right files and a fun time customizing your boot floopy because there is no one way to created your custom floopy its just your needs....
