I have a computer that the power supply was toast.
I replaced it all the connection secure. No problem
now I try to boot up I see the fan moving & hear the hard
drive. But no bios beeps and nothing on the screen
Any suggestions?

we need a bit more info than what you listed. it is possible the toast ps also toasted some things on its way out, you know the old scenario "if i am going down i am taking some of you with me" I would start by unhooking everything cd-roms, hd's, pci cards (unless using for video), reseat your processor, clear cmos on board and try it again. if it boots up this time then one piece at a time plug things back in. hope this helps. let us know what kind of system you are running including motherboard and processor.
