book page arrangement

I'm designing a guidebook that's around 100 pages long. If I set the document to facing pages etc and design this way -will the printshop put the book together in the right order (i.e each new title page will be right hand only / 1,2,99,100 will be on the same sheet etc). Or is the exact format needed to be done by me?

Sorry if this sends confusing - hope you can advise.

Start from page one and keep going in the order you would read it. Your printer should have imposition software that will reorganise it for print. Please don't try to do this manually as it's very easy to make mistakes.
