[bold] Getting code from .SCX. Help! [/bold]

Hi Guys,
Can you tell me a way to modify codes within .SCX and .SPR's created by SCREEN WIZARD and then save them into a .PRG.

Using the SCRNGEN and "generate" is really no problem if I purposely place an error in the "When" clause.
Then, I erase the error from the code and then COPY/PASTE into a new .PRG.

What's a good method of doing the same generated by the Screen Wizard? Is there a freeware version of a different SCREEN WIZ on the net?

If you want to file saved as a PRG, After you correct the error, tell the screen Wizard to save it as a PRG instead of a SPR. Or if you wish, just rename the SPR to PRG in DOS/WIN

I doubt you'll find any variants on the Wizard code around. While it's an interesting example of what could be done, very few people would consider using it's code for a "real" application. When FPD / FPW were still considered viable development platforms, there were a number of commercial application generator alternatives (e.g. FoxExpress).

Since Fox/Microsoft provides most (all?) the source code, you should consider changing it to do what you want it to do, or simply be satisfied with what they've given you for "free" already.
