This weekend we're moving the body shop from one dealership to another 3 miles down the road. I would like when people call extensions 2700, 2701, 2702 and 2703 cover to the new extensions at the other dealership 1700, 17001, 1702, and 1703. That way if someone calls the old extensions by mistake they'll still end up in the right place. Now they did take the phones from the old location. Does that matter? I did create a cover with remote call coverage table, but doesn't seem to work... Oh Definity G3...

A few ways to accomplish what you want to do:

Call forward the old extensions to the new ones.
Use Remote Coverage to send the calls to the new extensions.
If your PBX has vectoring enabled, remove the old stations and make them VDNs. Create a vector for each station that does a 'route-to' the new extension.
