BO v6 and e-GIF compliancy

Hi,

I have been requested to design a universe for a City Council(UK) but have been asked whether BO is e-GIF compliant.(Government Interoperability Framework)

I know what e-GIF standards are( so that isn't the question!

My question is, does anyone know if BO v6 proclaims to be e-GIF compliant? if not, can anyone point me towards any useful websites/discussion groups for this topic?
