BO v5 - Report Maps 1

Hi,

I have areport in Business Objects v5 that currently has sections (in this order) for area, salesperson & week number. I need to have the week number as a section, rather than a break, to enable me to have a week specific pie chart alongside each week's table.

However, I would rather not have the week number included in the report's navigation map (which is then translated as bookmarks in PDF).

Is there a way that I can prevent a section from being included in the report's navigation map?

Nope. It is not possible to do this.

OK, thanks for this. I have instead put together a rather more complex report using Week No as a break. I have then done a bit of messing around to be able to filter the charts.

I am new to BO, and I am guessing that there will need to be a lot of compromises or complicated workarounds to sometimes get the desired results.
