BO Report Display problem

I have my BO reports (crosstabs) running accross(horizontally) to multipal pages. But the problem i find is that for the multiple crosstabs formed based on the master-detail format, BO takes the horizontal length of the first cross tab as the default and then displays the length of all other subsequent cross tabs to that of the first one, thus cutting off the display. This causes the data of the crosstabs below the first one, not to be displayed, if their length is greater than that of the first one.
This is really wired.
Can any body help me in this regard. Does BO have a fix for this or there is any work around?

Format Block. On the Appearance tab, you can specify the position of a block relative to another block.

Thanks Steve,
But this problem is not related to positioning of the blocks. Its with the display. I hope i could have put the screen shots here. Its the same block displayed several times based on the section element, like displaying some frequency for all the states in US where state is the section element(master).
