Bo Manager 'background thread waking up' error

Hi

We appear to have a problem with BO manager that it goes into 'background thread waking up' for 2 hours each morning on both (2) of our servers, then fails with the following error

Action timed out for BusObj server process Event ID 259.

As the only processing time we have for batch jobs is between 4am and 8 am in the mornings haveing a hole of 2 hours is a bit of a pain.

If you need anymore logs from Bomgr_diag or any other logs let me know and i will spam them up.

Managed to find the problem with this.

We use DB2 as our repository along with our corp db. The process on DB2 that was running the batch jobs was timeing out when it had no jobs to do then BO was waiting 2 hours for the timeout before restarting. Stopped our DB2 from timeing out the jobs and now its running smoothly without a huge gap.
