Does anyone know how to avoid the error:BLX286:1313:exception error 0D:general protection fault,code=0000h ?
I am running a Clipper application on a DOS PC on Novell. The error appeared about 4 weeks ago and the program quits.

1. have you re-compiled/linked recently? Does an earlier version running against same data not experience the error?
Thinking you may have a Blinker issue with either the order of the overlays, as specified by the .lnk, or one of the Blinker environment variables.
2. What version Clipper compiler are you using?

Clipper verison 5.2 Blinker 3.2 No, I haven't recompiled lately, maybe 4-5 weeks ago but the problem didn't show up immediately.

You may want to think about upping the version of Blinker. I'm using version 5.0 without any trouble.
