Blue Screening when working with Windows Explorer

I had two people today who when they are in Windows Explorer, they blue screen when moving directories ( and I am assuming individual files) from one place to another. Just doing a basic Copy / Paste does this. When you reboot your pc and go back to explorer, you will see that what they were moving did get where it was being directed to go. One would think that due to the blue screen issue, that last request wouldn't have been completed but it had.

Anyone have any ideas? I tried looking at Microsoft on this today and didn't find it. Any assistance would be appreciated.

By the way these people are working on Windows XP Professional.
