Blue Screen

I have a user getting blue screen'd and the error x mode inception not handled. Any suggestions? He is running dual mode windows 2000 sp3 and Linux 2.4.20. He also has an oracle vpn but has stopped the service.

it would be better if you can post the exact error message.
also, did he make any changes to the system before the blue screen?

You can get the exact error because it goes away so fast. It's a blue screen then it reboots the machine. The only thing that was done was he stopped the service on his oracle vpn. He is trying to logon w/a nortel 4.65 client. He puts in his password and selects connect and it blue screens him and reboots machine.

you can disable the reboot after getting a blue screen so you can copy down the error message.
