Hello all,
Last week I down loaded the latest updates from Windows Update. After that update all computers on the network, a mix of XP's and 2000 pro's would blue screen with a memory dump error when anyone tried to open a folder or file. Down loading new app's would do the same.
I checked around (Google) and found out the drivers for NVidia are old and need an update. My policy is I don't update drivers if I have no trouble with them.
I updated the NVidia drivers and all is well.
FYI, the XP's have SP1 and 2000's have SP4.
If any of you have blue screen errors after the latest Windows Update, update the NVidia drivers if you have NVidia Display adapter.
