Shell "regedit.exe", vbMaximizedFocus

I used to rock and roll every night and party every day. Then it was every other day. Now I'm lucky if I can find 30 minutes a week in which to get funky. - Homer Simpson

Shell "regedit.exe"

That's because the folder that contains the "regedit.exe" has been registered (added) to the environment variable $PATH. With the same way you can execute apps such as cmd.exe etc..

The shell method has a second optional argument with which you can set the app's (in out case regedit.exe) window state. (maximazed, minimazed, focused, etc)

Hope that helped
