Blocking Sender in Outlook Express 6 1

Good Evening.

If you block a sender in Outlook Express 6, does the sender know he/she has been blocked -- maybe notified by a Mail Administrator -- or does the email just go directly into the Deleted Items box?

There's no notification to the blockee - it's just a rule that send the message to the deleted folder automatically.
