Is it possible to block specific outside numbers from terminating to an individual phone. I have a user that wants to block all 1 800 numbers from coming to their phone. Not looking for a system wide change just specific phone.

Thanks

Ski123, I think you'll need to create a new route pattern, and new partition to include this enduser in. Then have your route pattern block (reject) the calls from 800 that were meant for any number in the new partition.

you can't block a number with partitions/css based on inbound caller ID. Only way i know how to do this is with an IPCC script.

If your using H323 you can block numbers on the router.

Hope this helps.

That is correct but not on individual extensions as far as I know. it would be system wide at that point. I might be wrong however as i have not implemented that personally.
I don't understand why you would want to block any incoming 800 number anyway. A lot of companies present their 800 number instead of their local number for customer service purposes.
