Hi,

I want to block incoming messages being sent an address that is non-existant in our company. We are inundated with mail to chris@ourcompany.com.

All failed messages go to the Administrator account for analysis so, to make my job easier, I want to block or automatically delete messages to 'chris'.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Regards

We had that problem here too, this is what we did:

1) Create a Custom Recipient called "No-Mail" or the like.
2) Hide it from the GAL
3) Give it the email address that you do not with to receive mail for.

Couldn't you also just zero out the recieve message size for that user in the limit's fields? Just a thought.
