Blocking International Calls

Hi,

A customer would like to block international calls over their ISDN30e but the only option they have is to block international and premium rate, not international alone.

They do not want to block premium rate as they use certain 09 numbers to make cheaper international calls.

Is there away on the IP Office to prevent any 00 numbers being dialled? And if so how?

Use your ARS routes to match any number staring wtih 00, and set it to barred.

Ok thanks this is the first time I have done this so can I just double check I am doing this correctly.

They have R9 manager and a default ARS table set up.

Am I correct in thinking I need to do the below?

Go to ARS table 'add' button
create a new ars route with;
? as the code
00 as the number
and the feature as barred
Line group ID = 0
