Blocking Incoming calls on Meridian 81C

Hi Everyone,
We are having problems with a particular caller that is harassing one of our employees. Is there any way to block calls from a specific phone number in the Nortel 81C? We spoke to our local carrier, and have to file police reports, etc. Any information you call can provide is appreciated. You all are a great resource for information and help!!

Do you have CCR? I believe you can write a script to do that.

Only if using Symposium or MCS5100

both right, old ccr or symposium will look at clid and so selective screening, best way to handle that is to transfer the call to security or 911 everytime she sees the clid
