I'm trying to find a way to prevent e-mails with no originator address from filling up our IMC outbound queue. If anyone has a way to do this, please let me know.

From the looks of things, it seems like spammers are starting to use what's known as "Reverse NDR Spam Attacks"

You can try to stop this by:

1) use Exchange Message Filter and copy those addresses that <> is trying to send.

2) allow only known ips and hosts to email your exchange

3) Use 3rd party spam tool such as GFI or Xwall.

With that said, I still think the best way is to totally turn NDR off. But there seems to be no way of doing this in Exchange.
