When I go into Internet Options/Settings/View Files and when I open up View Files I see a bunch of junk like

Cookie:mad:andy/Cookie@andy/Cookie@andy.

How could I make those dissapear without having to go in it everytime and deleting them. Also I checked the box were it indicates if "Temporary Internet Files would like to be Auto Deleted" and still I'm seeing the text like above. I want those to be deleted because it will eventually take up space and make the system slower than usual.

You can block cookies at internet options--security tab--custom level button--disable stored cookies. I would leave per session cookies enabled. Some sites like Yahoo might need per session cookies and they'll get automatically deleted.
