Blocking calls on PRI

I can't think of anything that will do this ( short of the CO), but I have a client who is now being barraged by a marketing companies predictive dialer. I know the CLIDs of the
incoming calls, but is there any add on to the Option series
where you can program in CLIDs to block on a PRI?
