Is there any way to block an incoming number on an Avaya 5.2 software release?

What do I set the call limit to and the config set to? It would not let me leave them blank. Does it matter what they are set to?

I use 2 for the call limit and 5 for the config set.

I have tried to block calls using the off-pbx method and duplicated the settings from the threads and can't get it to work with test numbers. Am I missing anything?

Post copies of your screens and lets take a look at your setup.
