Blocked Attachments for Office 2K service pack 2

Forgive me for re-posting as I am sure this has been asked before but I was unable to find it in a search. Does anyone know a registry edit or some other method for unblocking attachments in Outlook 2000 after Service Pack 2 has been installed? Will uninstalling and re-installing office help?
