Blocked access to Recent folder

Hello

Our users do not have access to the Recent folder and are given the error message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer". Now I know this is can be restricted in GPO, but it is not enabled.

They access applications via Citrix, which has the C: and D: drive hidden, but not via a GPO.

Are there any other parts of GPO that can disable access to the Recent folder?

Managed to fix it. It turns out that it wasn't specific to the Recent folders. The GPO hade the policy option "Remove My Documents icon on the desktop" enabled which, removes the My Documents icon from the desktop, from Windows Explorer, from programs that use the Windows Explorer windows, and from the standard Open dialog box.

Once disabled all appears to work ok.
