If a webpage has a built in warning popup box, such as an alert box titled "Warning" and a message that says "Cannot connect", is there a way to suppress the message and not have it show at all?

Specifically, I purchased a D-Link webcam model CS-5300 which uses an Active X control to display video on a webpage. Everything works great except a warning message pops up right before video is displayed. I would like to add something to my webpage that will eliminate the popup. D-Link has stated that the message will just show up, but the support people didn't seem to know why.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

I suspect it is something in their ActiveX control doing this.

Unless their support people know of any way to turn this off, you might be stuck with it.

Try their website to see if there's an SDK, knowledgebase, etc that you can search.

Hope this helps,
Dan
