BLOCK UNWANTED NUMBER

How to you BLOCK a number from dialing into the office.
Example: 410-123-1234 should not be able to dial in

To my knowledge, you can only block one of your own numbers from receiving external calls; ie, use an IDC table. However, if you have a CCR product such as Symposium, you can do routing based on CLID. I doubt that would work on any large-scale basis, however... If you post more details maybe we can help? -Matt

The only way I know of is to contact whoever provides your inbound service and see if they can block that number.
