Block specific attachment file extension for a specific sender.

Is there a way with Exchange server 2003 to block only attachments with specific file extensions from only a specific external sender?

From my experience, you will have to use a third party software, like GFI.

Exchange has no way to block attachments at all, let alone from a specific external sender. Do as Eduardo says - buy some content filtering software.

(Although you could write a simple vbscript smtp event sink to do this I suppose)
