Block Out Going Calls, But allow 2 or 3 specific numbers 1

Hi,

don't know if this is possible but hope someone can help.
I want to setup an extension in a public area that will only allow outbound calls to 2 or 3 specific numbers.

Is this possible? I know I can block all outbound but then If I try and dial, I get nothing,

Any ideas anyone.

Set those numbers as 'Dial Emergency' then even the 'barred' users can dial those numbers.

Create a new ARS route and restrict your outcalling from their.
Then assign access to that route in the user Shortcodes for who ever you want to restrict.

Thanks Escorthosis. This was the kind of answer I was looking for. Simple and Straight forward.
I should have said the I have a 403 DT so I don't have the luxury of ARS. Thanks to TheDoz for you reply too.
