Frequently, small blocks of text slip vertically and interfere with similar sized blocks up the page. It shows up toward the right side of the screen and happens only with text in Outlook Express and Internet Explorer 6. I uninstalled these applications and reinstalled them, but the problem continues. Any ideas?
