Hello,

I need assistance with a simple issue. We have and ex-employee that continues to send mail to internal Exchange users from his external (msn) account. I'd like to block all mail sent from his single address to all users in the org. Whats the best way to accomplish this? We have a single Exchange 2003 server at one location. Thanks!

Open up the Exchange System Manager
Expand 'Global Settings'
right click on 'message delivery' and select 'properties'
click on the tab 'sender filtering'
add the external address to block in here

Regards,

llevon

Thanks a lot. I think I was missing to apply the sender filter in the smtp properties area.
