Block Junkies!

I am using Outlook 2002. I get so many junk emails. I click on ACTIONS>JUNK EMAIL>SEND JUNK EMAIL SENDER LIST to block them. But I am still getting more same junkies! How can I block them? Help!
Tired of hitting the DELETE key every time I get a junk email.

LEt me know.. Thanks
