Is it possible to block incoming Caller ID calls that are transferred to certain extensions. The customer doesn't want the calls screened. These extensions are 5410's with no DID's & barred outgoing. They're on an IP 500, Rel 5.0.22, PRI & VMPRO.

you could add a Tag to every incoming call that is so long that the phones don't display anything else any more.
Like "you are not allowed to see who is calling because you are not worthy" that should be long enough to tie up the screen with junk.
but I think there was something in an old thread that showed a way to do it via VM pro and that could filter out the call information, you might want to google it with the pid=940 info in it (search here is broken)

the S & W control charaters work for internal calls as well a sexternal calls so you could try something like

SC: 8XXX
TN: NW
Feature: DialExtn

this still does not detract from the advise you were given last time you asked this question.
If employees are not doin their job correctly (by refusing to answere calls they should be) then it is an issue for the customers interal discipline procedures to resolve.

I do not Have A.D.D. im just easily, Hey look a Squirrel!

Maybe you can find some 5601/5401. Ugly and with no display.
Never knew what they were intended for, now I know. .-)

the w only make is say withheld and in brackets shows the extension name for me
tried NsW, NW, and a whole slew of combinations

trombone the call - match the CLI and dial out and back in again while withholding the number is the only way I can see this working.
