Block Inbound Number 1

Hey all..

Is there a way to block a specific incoming number from our G3Si? The caller is calling our 800 number and harrassing an employee. I believe this can only be done on AT&T's side (provider of our 800 service), but need to make sure legally. Also, our CO would need to have these numbers blocked.

If the caller has to go thru a vector first, add a line in the vector that looks something like this:

01 wait-time 2 secs hearing ringback
02 goto step 4 if ani = 19765552222
03 goto vector 1 if unconditionally
04 busy
05 Stop

or change the employees extenstion to a vdn that routes to this vector then onto her/his phone.

Also do a search here there was a tread awhile back about this same issue.
