Me Too!! I thought I was being all smart by stopping the users of these phones accidentally forwarding their phones, it took me 3 hours of tearing my hair out before I tried disabling Block Forwarding and suddenly everything starts working again.
Not even the monitor trace tells you why it is blocking the registrations, I only disabled Block Forwarding when I was just trying everything I had changed over the past few days.
