I have a lobby phone that I want to block just ONE extension from. Basically we do not want employees using the lobby phone to clock in (we have a Kronos system for punch in). Is it possible to block just one extension from being called from a station?

Give the lobby phone a unique COR (duplicate the existing COR but give it a unique name - "Lobby Phone COR").
Give the clock-in extension a unique COR as well ("Kronos System COR").
Now restrict the COR of the lobby phone from calling the COR of the Kronos system COR (page 3 of the new Lobby Phone COR).

Ok...I see how to do that, mostly. My problem now is the time clock extension is 4420, when i type "cha sta 4420" I am getting "the extension is assigned to a different object". How can I figure out what it is assigned to so I can change the cor?

My guess is that 4420 is a VDN. If you type list extension you'll get all of your extensions and what type of object (station, agent, vdn, etc.) each is assigned to.

No edit buttons...hmm. 4420 was a hunt group, I simply changed the COR on that group, then set ext 1200 (the lobby) to not be able to call that COR. Worked like a charm.
