Block Automatic Email Confirmation in Outlook ?

I have a list of clients that have a email sent to them via a automatic process through OUTLOOK.

I need to be able to remove the security msg that says

" is it ok to send a mail yes or no " that appears in OutLook when the Application trys to send.

HELP! thanks
