Blinker 7 Norton Guides

I just purchased Blinker 7. This so my apps will work on Win XP. Previously I had Blinker 3 with its Norton Guide.

On the Blinker 7 disk I got from BLinker there are no help files nor anything like Norton Guides.

Is there a help file out there or a Norton Guide file?

I have searched but no luck.
