Blank Screen on the NFuse

When Some of my clients trying to open my NFus Website , they just get a blank screen with Opening the page satus !!

Any idea how can I solve this ,, knowing that they can telnet on my server on port 80 , and 443...

If this is the page after they login to nfuse, it usually means, if i remember correctly, the xml service that the nfuse config is pointing to has stopped responding to requests.

Check the config file, i think it's nfuse.config, in there it will say what servers your pointing to for application information. Recycle the xml service on those machines that you are pointing at.

they didn't open any page at all ..

also a lot of users can successufully connect !!
