Blank Reports in Excel

Hi all,

We are using SI7.0.2.100.

A report is scheduled to Excel 7 Extended.

The resulting instance (loaded into Excel) can sometimes be blank! The user may even have to try to view it several times before there is data in it!

Any help... greatly appreciated!
