Blank line in spool file

I am getting a blank line at the start of my spool file, I have set the following on/off, any idea?

set termout off;
set feedback off;
set trim on;
set trims on;
set heading off;
set pages 20000;
spool output/PO5_FILENAMES.RESULTS
