since about 10 am this morning we have been receiving blank e-mail messages, the only field populated is the senders address, all the other fields and message body are blank, this is an intermittent problem affecting various from and to addresses. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this, we are using Mailsweeper version 4.3.1 and Exchange 2000. I think the problem is between Mailsweeper and Exchange as I released a quarantined message and it was delivered blank but when I released it a second time it arrived ok.
Any help would be much appreciated.
