Blank Caller ID for Outgoing Calls via SIP Trunk

Hi,

I am having IPO6.1 with SIP trunk to the provider. I do not have any sort of blocking or withwhold programmed in short codes, but occassionally, the CDR from the provider does not show the "from" number for a few of my 700+ outgoing calls per day. Initially I thought the ' SIP name' field in the SIP tab under user configuration was empty, but that is not. Actually, the provider does not support the so-called 'withhold'. As I have 100+ phones and I get billing records once a month, I really do not know how to track this problem.
Any ideas?
