Problem
After wirelessly synchronizing your handheld with the personal information management (PIM) data in Outlook (calendar, notes, contacts, tasks), duplicate appointments appear in the handheld Calendar and the Outlook Calendar.
This problem occurs when your BlackBerry® account is removed from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and is added again using Wireless Enterprise Activation. After wireless synchronization, duplicate appointments appear on the handheld and in the Outlook Calendar.
Cause
No cause has been determined for this issue.
Resolution
Install BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.0 service pack 1 or later.
