I have an IPO 8.0.42

Most users only have 2 call appearance buttons, with reserve last appearance button set. They only want to take 1 call at a time. Works Great.

I have several users with bridged call appearances for each other (a= only)set to no ring. They want the ability to monitor each other and help if needed. Works great.

They also have busy forward set to same person as the bridge call appearance button. Works Great.

Now the issue.

They have their no answer forward set to the same person as the bridged call appearance button. After the no answer time expires the call is presented to the no answer forward destination. The call is displayed on the persons a= button and displayed with all info but the phone will not ring.(no audible alert). If I delete the bridge call appearance or change the bridge call appearance button to immediate ring the no answer forward works great.

Side notes.

Tried with 9611,5410,1416,1608,and 1616 phones,

Same results with IPO 500V2 R7 and IPO 406 V2 R5.0

This is the first time I ever had this request for bridge call appearances and no answer forward for same person.
My bootcamp /first system was a 406 V1 1.4
back in 2001 or 2002. ACSS ACA.......

Not sure if I asked a question, but does anyone have any thoughts on this. I need a beer.

As a fact you released a loop (A->B->A).
If A is now bridged to B, why not setting a bridged call app from B to A? It is not the same.

Use a user button instead of a no ring bridged button, then all will work as planned :)
