Bizarre Music On Hold Issue 1

I've got a totally bizarre issue with Music on Hold. One user cannot hear the company's music on hold from his phone, while all other users can.

I've looked at his programming and nothing is jumping out at me. Is there some type of restriction I'm missing?

For internal stations an issue is if the extensions have data privacy or data restrictions, this will stop music on hold. Also the field may be set to no on the internal COR

The problem was the data privacy. What does this setting do? The user asked me what it was for an I honestly don't know....

In training I was told it was for modems and fax machines.

I found the answer to my own question...although Dustin was close just not in enough detail. I'm posting it incase anyone else ever has this problem / question.
