Hi,
I'm thinking of getting the BitDefender Standard anti-virus for use with the Kerio Firewall and Webroot's SpySweeper.

Does anyone know how well BitDefender will get along with these other two products?

Is BitDefender a resource hog or is it light on resources?

Is it easy to uninstall if I later decide to go with a different product?

I'm setting up a small office network of 4 multi-boot machines using a Linksys Cable/DSL Router with 4-Port Switch. (XP Pro, Windows 98, Linux)

Any experience with this product or comments you have would be much appreciated.

I've been using BitDefender for some time now, it goes well with Kerio, Ewido, and have not had any problems relating to these at all... about WebRoot SpySweeper, I can not tell you, but I assume that it does work well (my licsence expired sometime ago, so I removed it...)

as to uninstalling the product is no problem at all... I advertetly installed BD 9 over 8, and did not uninstall v8 before, since both use the same file names, I had to doctor the Install afterwards... ie. fix the Autostarts to point to the correct install, and then delete the remaining Folder on my HD, but this was done in less than 5 min...

TIP: make sure that any other AV Soft is removed prior to installing any AV...
