I am trying to image a 4.0 hard drive and I lost my access to KRS. I have a ID number I need to get access to. Is there a way to pay to
get a auth code to BIT Tool?

Thanks for the reply. I am looking for assistance on using the bit generator found on the KRS website. I jest need to find someone who has access to the KRS who will generate the access code I need. I have tried calling some Avaya resellers and all I talk to have no clue what I am talking about.

I have a Acronis image that I use that works fine. I don't know of anyone who uses the BIT tool as it all changed at 4.0 to Linux. Nortel started doing all their images with Acronis from 4.x onwards.
