BIOS PASSWORD. HELP!!! 2

Hi, I have a problem with the bios password on my system.
I set the password up and have not changerd it at all.
When i now access the bios and am asked for my password, i get "invalid password" and after 3 attempts i get the message "System Disabled".

Please could anyone help me to reset it....

The computer is an E-Machines633dvd.

Remove the battery from the Mainboard and Tunr on the computer. Wait a couple of seconds and turn off. Put battery back in.

I do not have any knowledge of the internal of computers so i wouldn`t like to open it up, is there any other way to do it externally?

It may have defaulted to the factory preset for some reason. Depending on the Bios manufacturer

has a list of the defaults. Otherwise I'm afraid there is no external way of doing this.
