How do I declare/use bind variables in t-sql?

If you are talking about BindToken and binding more than one connection to the same transaction

Open SQL BooksOnLine and do a search on "Using Bound Connections",sp_GetBindToken and Sp_bindsession

Read the topics (not tooo long) and if you have a question post back.
